HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
1. Standard Weight Item
All standard weight items will ship within 7 - 10 days. Shipping speed refers to how quickly your order will ship once it leaves our warehouse, not once the order is placed.
Shipping times will depend on the UPS shipping carrier - with expected delivery 3 - 4 days depending carrier from the date your order was processed. All shipping will be via ground.
Shipping time is after processing from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Please check the shipping times with www.UPS.com or USPS.com. Our company is very confident in the UPS/USPS system and we have had much success shipping with both.
- We are not responsible for delivery times, as we do not drive the mail truck but we will do everything within our power to assure you of a fast delivery!
- We are also not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include the proper address when ordering your products.
- Shipping for a returned item due to the incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure that you have the proper address.
- We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges to resend a item that was incorrectly/improperly addressed.
HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, type of shipping service, and any handling fees that apply.
Special Custom Orders, Oversized & Large Size Items
Special custom order, oversized orders or products over 60 lb that are shipped may require freight shipping. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
We have added additional shipping costs to the shipping prices in checkout which match our shipping experience. An exact price cannot be calculated at checkout due to seasonal or other influences with the freight carriers.
We get freight quotes for each orders that requires it. If additional Crate and Freighting Fees are necessary, you will be billed separately after processing your order. No extra charges will be made without your consent.
Our shipping charges and methods are determined by the type of product ordered, dimension and weight, and destination.
IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
If you have a UPS or FEDEX shipping account, please create a customer account and we will accommodate your shipping requirements. Fill in your shipping information and we will ship per your instructions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We use USPS, UPS or truck freight carrier to ship your orders to you.
If the order is shipped by freight carrier, the package is too heavy to be shipped by standard shipping carrier. Which means you will need a mechanical way to move the package. There is a liftgate at the back of the truck that lowers the package to the ground level. Then it has to be moved into your home or office.
If the order is over 70 lbs, or more than 1 item is bought, this order might be shipped by freight carrier. We will contact you within 24 hrs to give you an exact quote if there is any difference in the shipping price.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES?
UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
USPS will accept P.O Box addresses..
CAN I SHIP MY ITEM TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Absolutely. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process.
Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. Please see above for more information. One address per order.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an automatic email after your order has been placed with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that you receive this information and can contact you with any difficulties with your submission of your order. It's important to note that some email services may screen emails and our confirmation email may go to your SPAM folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.
If you add your mobile number at checkout, we can send you a SMS message with your information.
WHAT IS A LIFT-GATE CHARGE?
If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery.
A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. Please assure your order has a valid daytime phone number or voicemail box set-up. If you have questions, you may contact Customer Service at 888 551 0656 ext 101, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm (CT).
Freight Shipments Damage and Loss
Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Please be aware that freight delivery shipments often encounter rough handling resulting in damage or loss. In order to hold the freight companies accountable, the shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the delivery document. This includes inspecting for concealed damage.
Whether the shipment will be received by you, a colleague, or a customer it must be inspected.
If the receiver of the shipment has a waiver with the LTL carrier for No signature required, this authorization alleviates both the company and the carrier from any responsibility.
Damaged shipments must be refused or notated on the delivery document.
CLAIMS
The receiver must inspect the shipment prior to releasing the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged or lost product.
Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. This is necessary for your protection.
Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.
Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.
INTERNATIONAL SALES & SHIPPING
International Sales must be approved and paid in full prior to shipment.
Shipping and handling does not include any broker fees, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed on shipments entering the destination country, nor is Industrial Farm Co liable for payment of them.
We DO NOT collect any other duties or fees. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office, and we have absolutely no control over this, nor do we know how much will be collected from you.
We also do not have any control over customs or the packages that they may randomly inspect, and cannot guarantee that your sculpture will or will not be subject to searches through customs. We can tell you that the item that we ship no more likely to be inspected than any other package.
We do not accept forced returns because you have not collected your package.
It is important to note that undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package return to us. We also reserve the right to refuse returns. Any package sent back to us without express written permission will result in it being treated as abandoned property
We collect postage that covers our cost of shipping and handling from the United States only.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders shipping outside the continental US and is heavier than 70 lb, cannot be placed through our online service. Please contact us and we will contact you to get your order to you safely and quickly.
